Our mission - to have the best elephant
My former supervisor told me that to sell an elephant you don't need an elephant, you need a buyer and then you get an elephant. Our mission is exactly the opposite - to have the best elephant. Because we believe that if we have the best elephant, it will actually sell itself.

I studied at the High School Arabska, specializing in programming. Then I started my accounting studies at the University of Economics - accounting and financial management. In 2005, while still studying, I started working in the audit firm RSM SALUSTRO REYDEL ČR, later ARSM. At that time I worked as an assistant, later as an assistant auditor registered in the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. Since 2012 I have been a certified auditor who performs auditing services. I specialized mainly in the area of property, accounting methodology and IFRS.

Subsequently, I wanted a change - I wanted to get to know the corporate world and I joined ČSOB - Property Department. There, through various positions - senior, process manager, project manager, I got to the position of manager of the whole department with 16 people. Our work involved asset accounting and lease contracts of the whole group. I was in charge of several SAP migrations and we were in charge of the REM and AM modules. We were also one of the first in the country, who create a system of IFRS 16. It was very complex process from an accounting point of view, like a kind of "small nuclear power plant". Even though working in such a huge group was extremely interesting and I enjoyed it very much, I gradually started to have problems with the corporate environment, which I could have very limited influence on.

Since I was in contact with accounting and auditing all the time, plus the coming of the age of artificial intelligence, I decided to go back to the small company I had owned all along. I am currently working as an auditor and I am mainly involved in a very interesting area for me - accounting automation. This area combines my passion for accounting, numbers and programming.

I must add that I have been playing chess since I was 5 years old and I am a chess enthusiast. Unfortunately, I had to limit this great hobby significantly due to 3 children.

Zuzana Eliášová

I graduated from the secondary school of economics in Prague. After graduation I worked as an accountant in a trading company. In 1994 I joined the audit company DKM Salustro Reydel ČR, later ARSM. I still work at ARSM as an assistant auditor. After my maternity leave, I also joined the company iČTO, where I am, among other things, the chief accountant.
